PROJECT NO: 1 - SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM.

Security alarm system has been installed in our 3 buildings and is now in operation. 

PROJECT NO : 2 – DISABLED LIFT.

A disabled lift has been installed which will take disabled persons from the ground floor to the first floor in the back hall of Upper Darbar Sahib.

          Please ask for a demonstration. 

PROJECT NO : 3 – GIFT AID.

We are pleased to advise that we are now registered with the HM Revenue & Customs under the Gift Aid scheme.

If you are a UK taxpayer we can reclaim the tax on your donations directly   from the HM Revenue and Customs. To enable us to reclaim the tax you must sign the Gif Aid Declaration form which is available from the Hon. Secretary    and  the Treasurer. 

PROJECT NO : 4 – HAND WASH BASIN FOR LADIES.

          Facilities have been provided for a separate ladies hand wash basin.

PROJECT NO: 5 – IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PALKI SAHIB.

A new “jungla” has been installed in front of the Palki Sahib in the main Darbar Sahib. 

PROJECT NO : 6 - BENCHES FOR DISABLED PERSONS.

Cushioned benches have been provided for the disabled persons in the main  Darbar Sahib.

PROJECT NO : 7 – READING ROOM & CONFERENCE ROOM.

          New chairs have been provided for the above rooms.

PROJECT NO : 8 –FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING COURSE – AWARD 2

           The above course was held on 19^th & 21^st February 2011.

          14 female delegates took part in this course and results are awaited.
